These are our general booking terms and Travel policies, which apply unless otherwise agreed and established in writing, with one of our operators.

RATES:

– The rates that appear on our website for tour packages, transfers, accommodation or excursions; They are quoted in US dollars per person, considering the number of 2 to 5 passengers. In case of being more than 5 people, contact us to obtain a discount. However, if the excursion, tour package, transfer or accommodation, is for a single traveler, he / she will be responsible for all fees and taxes themselves and as a result the price will increase (see individual supplement).

– They are subject to changes depending on the season.

– The price does not include VAT, exclusive taxes of each country, bank fees or other taxes applied by the payment platforms.

ACCOMODATION:

– The price of the tour per person varies according to the category of the hotel or cruise.

– We offer the circuit in 3 categories.

– The hotels and cruises of each program are indicative, we do everything possible to stay in the indicated places. In times of high season they may vary: but we will always respect the selected Category.
INDIVIDUAL SUPPLEMENT: if a single room is required, an additional 50% must be paid on the price per person of the program, excursions, transfer or accommodation; which is paid on arrival or if you want to make the payment online when making your reservation you must select an adult and a child.

TRIPLE ROOM: It has a discount of 10% per person in the price of the program, which is reimbursed upon arrival.

– To add any extra service such as pyramids view room, Nile view, sea view, Suite, crib, etc; contact us.

– The client is solely and exclusively responsible for correctly indicating the number of people who will occupy the accommodation, including children and babies, when the reservation is made. Please note that the establishments could deny access or charge a supplement, if at the time of entry to your accommodation, the number of occupants exceeds the number indicated in the reservation.

CHILDREN POLICY:

  •  UP TO 4 YEARS: do not pay any service.
  •  UP TO 11 YEARS: They have a 50% discount on the price of the program.
  • FROM 12 YEARS OLD: They are considered adults

NOTE:

  •  If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
  •  If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

TRANSFERS:

– FOR ITINERARIES: You must notify us of the airport, schedules and number of flights, in order to coordinate your Transfer. To do this, contact us on our Whats App or Email lines.
– FOR EXCURSIONS: You must notify us of the place where you are staying, in order to coordinate your collection. To do this, contact us on our Whats App or Email lines

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION:

– The available means of payment are: PayPal, credit and / or debit cards, for other means of payment (western union, transfers, etc.) contact us.

– If you make a payment directly on our web-site, the details and information that you are requested to send will be provided directly to our payment provider, through a secure connection. Batran Tours does not provide your data to servers outside our web-site. (more information in privacy notice)

– Regarding the reservation (made both on our website and through some of our representatives) of any of the services offered on the Batran Tours website, the contract is formalized when the service has been confirmed; The contracting party has accepted the general conditions of the contract and the relevant payment has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

– The request to cancel your reservation must be made through one of our contact channels.
– The applicable penalty varies according to the days prior to cancellation of the reservation:

  •  25%: If the cancellation is made before 30 days before the arrival date
  • 50%: If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the arrival dat
  • 75%: If the cancellation is made between 14 and 07 days before the arrival date
  • 100%: If the cancellation is made it is made before 06 days prior to the arrival date. (No refund).

– If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the corresponding refund will be made through the original means of payment or as agreed with our representative. When making the refund, we are not responsible for bank fees or taxes applied by the payment platforms.

Flight fares are non-refundable.

  • Domestic flights: Incase you need to adjust your flight timings it will be subject to an extra supplement.
    Luxor/Sharm (most time, it is connected flight via Cairo Airport)
  • International flights: can assist you with international flights if needed. However, from our experiences, the international flights are best issued from point of departure, where the client has access to a wider

LUGGAGE:

– Batran Tours will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the trip and the traveler is recommended to be present when loading and unloading their luggage. Whatever the vehicle in which it is placed or transported, it will be at the expense and risk of the traveler.

RESPONSIBILITY:

– The company acts only as an agent for the participants with respect to the contracted service, and does not assume any responsibility for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities, of a person or property that is directly or indirectly affected with any of the following causes: natural disasters or other force majeure situations, such as acts of the government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, theft, loss of objects, mechanical failures, quarantines, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel , carrier or restaurant.

– No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses, that is to say that the Agency, under no circumstances, will be responsible for accommodation, food, transportation and other expenses, which originate from flight delays for technical reasons, weather conditions, cases fortuitous or Force Majeure.
– If the contracted services could not be provided, or if the contracted services were poorly provided at the destination, the consumer must immediately notify the Tour Operator / Service Provider within a period of no more than 24 working hours, in order to take the appropriate measures.

– Batran Tours will not be responsible for the damages and losses that result from the breach of any User that affect the rights of other Users or third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, confidential information and other industrial property rights or intellectual.

– Batran Tours will not be responsible for the passport, visa or health requirements to enter the country, including the validity or veracity of the necessary documentation.

– Regarding the contracted transfer system, the traveler expressly submits to the legislation on road accidents, of the Nation in which the vehicle has been registered.

– Batran Tours reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel these Booking Conditions and Travel Policies and the Privacy notices at any time. They are subject to change and updates to meet requirements and standards. As a result, we invite customers to frequently visit the mentioned sections on our website, to update themselves on all the changes made. All changes made will take effect on the day of their publication on this website.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT:

– The Contract constituted by the Company’s acceptance of the Client’s booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

NOTE:

– If the passenger does not show up to use their reservation on the agreed date and time or arrives late, they will not have the right to demand the total or partial refund of the amount paid.

– Assignment and transfer of the contracted service: The right conferred on the client, the tourist services contract with Batran Tours, may be assigned or transferred to another person up to 15 days before the start date of the contracted service. For this, a note must be sent to any of our contacts; requesting the transfer, and attach to it, photos of the passports of the passengers in question. It is legal and with it an update of the reservation will be issued.
