You’ll join your expert tour guide, We begin our visits of the day by exploring The Egyptian Museum, with a huge collection of displays dating back to various periods of the ancient Egyptian history with the highlights being the golden exhibits of Tutankhamen, Lunch at local restaurant. proceed to visit Old Cairo (Coptic Cairo) visit the Hanging Church, dating to the late 4th and early 5th century. This basilica was named “Al-Mu’allaqah” because it was built atop the south gate of the Babylon Fortress. Continue to the Church of St. Sergius, a 5th century Coptic Church. This basilica is built on the cave in which the Holy Family stayed and is regarded by visitors as a source of blessing. As we stroll along, we’ll come to the recently restored Synagogue of Ben Ezra – the oldest Jewish synagogue in Egypt Next, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest bazaar, Transfer to the hotel, Overnight. Breakfast, you’ll be met with our expert tour guide, who will accompany you in your trip to El Bahariya Oasis. Our first visit of the day will be to the Museum and the tombs of the Golden mummies, discovered in 1996, this Greco Roman historical site displays mummies featured with their magnificent golden covers. Our next visit will be to the Temple of Alexander the Great, the only monument this Greek king ever constructed in Egypt. The excitement goes on when we visit the El Meftella temple, the center of the city in Pharaonic times. You will then enjoy your lunch meal in the desert. We go on with our Egypt tour to visit the Black Desert, the result of a black volcanic mountain located nearby resulted in this amazing black stones. Our next visit will be to the natural springs, we will be visiting one of the hot and one of the cold springs to experience both of them featured with their wonderful effects. Continue driving to visit the Crystal Mountains, a collection of rocks that which shine like crystals in an amazing natural scene. After that, we will proceed to visit the Valley of Agabat, a wonderful place in the Egyptian Western Desert featured with its various sand dunes. What about camping in the desert so that you can experience the marvelous feeling of living in the desert?! We have a delicious BBQ for dinner. Enjoy your breakfast in the camp before we go on with our natural tour in the Western Desert of Egypt. We visit the White Desert, the most important highlight in the Egyptian oases featured with its bizarre looking rock. Our next visit of the day will be to the acacia tree and Ain khadra spring, a wonderful natural water spring which was used as old as the Roman period in Egypt. Finally, we will drive back to El Bahariya Oasis in order to have the lunch meal at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will continue driving in the desert to reach our camp for dinner and overnight. We will leave the camp after breakfast and start driving towards El Fayoum, located around 100 kilometers to the South West of Cairo. Our first visit of the day will be to the Valley of the Whales, one of the heritage sites of the UNESCO where fossils of Whales who lived in the area in ancient times can be viewed until today. We go on with our Egypt travel package to visit Wadi El Rayan, a natural protected area which hosts the only real waterfalls in Egypt. Then we will take a tour to the Qarun Lake, a huge saltwater lake which dominates the Northern section of Fayoum with some remarkable bird watching. After finishing your day tour, we will drive back to Cairo. Arrive to Cairo and proceed to your hotel for check in, overnight. Breakfast on the hotel, check out with luggage. At the appropriate time, Our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you through final departure formalities to fly back home.
