The client is solely and exclusively responsible for correctly indicating the number of people who will occupy the accommodation, including children and babies, when the reservation is made. Please note that the establishments could deny access or charge a supplement, if at the time of entry to your accommodation, the number of occupants exceeds the number indicated in the reservation.
– The request to cancel your reservation must be made through one of our contact channels.
– The applicable penalty varies according to the days prior to cancellation of the reservation:
50%: If the cancellation is made 15 days before the arrival date
75%: If the cancellation is made 07 days before the arrival date
100%: If the cancellation is made, it is made before 03 days prior to the arrival date. (No refund).
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the corresponding refund will be made through the original means of payment or as agreed with our representative. When making the refund, we are not responsible for bank fees or taxes applied by the payment platforms.
– If the passenger does not show up to use their reservation on the agreed date and time or arrives late, they will not have the right to demand the total or partial refund of the amount paid.
The company acts only as an agent for the participants with respect to the contracted service, and does not assume any responsibility for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities, of a person or property that is directly or indirectly affected with any of the following causes: natural disasters or other force majeure situations, such as acts of the government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, theft, loss of objects, mechanical failures, quarantines, delays, cancellations …
– No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses, that is to say that the Agency, under no circumstances, will be responsible for accommodation, food, transport and other expenses, arising from meteorological conditions, acts of God or Force Majeure.
– Batran Tours will not be responsible for damages and losses resulting from the breach of any User that affect the rights of other Users or third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, confidential information and other industrial property rights or intellectual.
– Guests are solely responsible for damages and / or losses on objects that may be caused in the accommodation during their stay. Therefore, any cost of repair, replacement and / or replacement of any element of the accommodation, is the sole responsibility of the guest.
The contract constituted by the acceptance of the client’s reservation company, subject to the client’s acceptance of these Reservation Conditions and Accommodation Policies and the Privacy notices; will constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment, indicates that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.
